Missing piece?

Since our first Charity Jigsaw Festival we have sold/shipped over 9.000 jigsaws consisting of around 7m jigsaw pieces.

Each Pre-owned jigsaw that we offer has been assembled and verified to be complete by one of our Trusted Assemblers and then re-bagged and re-boxed.

However, if you find, within 90 days of purchase, that a jigsaw that you bought from jigsaws@brighouse or at a Charity Jigsaw Festival has a piece missing, please email us quoting the Catalogue No., Title and Order No. or, if purchased at a Festival, the Date of Purchase and your Postcode.

We will contact you with an offer to make a "repair piece".
